These guidelines outline what is encouraged and what isn't allowed on the Super11 Platform, ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Your use of the Super11 Platform indicates your agreement to these guidelines, alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We take these guidelines seriously and expect users to do the same. Breaching these guidelines might result in content removal, account suspension, or even a ban from the platform. In cases of imminent physical harm or threats to public safety, we may involve law enforcement.

While these guidelines are comprehensive, they don't cover every scenario. All reported content will be assessed based on these guidelines. If you come across any content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the methods provided.

Certain types of content are not allowed on the Super11 Platform and can result in action from our team. We're committed to maintaining a positive environment and therefore prohibit the following:

Spam

Spam refers to any repeated, unwanted, or unsolicited actions, whether automated or manual, that negatively impact the Super11 community. To avoid being a spammer, refrain from:

• Posting, sharing, or engaging in content at excessively high frequencies.
• Redirecting users to other websites through misleading or impersonating content.
• Sharing links to harmful third-party content like malware or phishing sites.
• Offering incentives for monetary actions on the platform.
• Creating bots that disrupt Super11's operations or promote content, products, or services.
• Contacting people repetitively for commercial purposes without their consent.
• Posting repetitive comments or standalone phrases like "follow me" without context (except when it naturally arises).
• Repeatedly promoting other fantasy sports platforms or external groups on Telegram or Whatsapp.
• Creating content that implies association with brands, companies, or services offering tips, tricks, or cheats related to Fantasy games on the Super11 Platform.

At Super11, while you're not obliged to use your real name, certain guidelines apply to your profile details. Your name, profile picture, and team name should not contain:

• Characters from multiple languages
• Symbols, numbers (including mobile numbers), unusual capitalization, repeating characters, or excessive punctuation
• Words or phrases replacing your name
• Offensive or suggestive language
• Names associated with fantasy sports brands

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask users to:

• Provide accurate and current account-related information
• Refrain from using others' images to deceive
• Avoid creating accounts to violate guidelines or mislead others
• Abstain from misleadingly using another person or organization's details
• Not share deceptive visual content likely to mislead if objected by the entity or causing potential harm to the public
• Not create accounts for minors or maintain multiple accounts
• Not share or create accounts with others or after being banned
• Not impersonate or speak for someone without authorization
• Not use another person's name, username, image, brand, or personal information
• Not create an account pretending to be someone else posting content or comments

At Super11, we strictly prohibit content that promotes violence or could lead to real-world harm, particularly targeting individuals based on various aspects like race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disabilities, or diseases. We stand against hate speech, bullying, harassment, and misinformation that could incite violence or physical harm. We carefully assess language and context to differentiate between casual statements and those posing credible threats to public or personal safety.

Avoid posting:

• Statements intending or advocating violence
• Content encouraging, glorifying, or inciting violence against individuals or groups, including animals
• Threats causing serious harm to individuals, public figures, or vulnerable groups
• Support or praise for criminal, terrorist organizations, or their actions
• Content endorsing hate crimes, organized violence, trafficking, and similar activities
• Misinformation contributing to potential violence or harm
• Challenges promoting high-risk behavior
• Advocacy for vandalism, property harm, theft, etc.
• Encouragement of bribery, embezzlement, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Promotion or sale of fantasy teams or monetary transactions
• Coordination or promotion of human exploitation, including human trafficking
• Encouragement of suicide, self-harm, or graphic imagery depicting such acts
• Promotion of drug use or trade of illicit substances
• Content posing a threat to India's unity, integrity, foreign relations, or public order.

At Super11, harassment, threats, and bullying towards individuals or groups are strictly prohibited. Avoid the following actions on our platform:

• Repeatedly contacting someone in an unwanted, harassing, or sexually inappropriate manner
• Targeting individuals based on their status as victims of sexual assault, exploitation, or domestic abuse
• Threatening to disclose private information like phone numbers, addresses, or emails
• Engaging in abusive or derogatory language against any individual
• Making derogatory comments or attacking other users
• Creating pages or groups dedicated to attacking individuals
• Encouraging self-harm or suicide of any person or group
• Posting content that mocks death, serious diseases, disabilities, violence, or injuries
• Calling for harm or diseases upon specific individuals or groups
• Using derogatory terms related to sexual activity against individuals or groups
• Spreading misinformation about violent tragedies or victims of such events

Additionally, hate speech that contains threats, incites violence, or promotes hatred based on identity factors like race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender, caste, or disability is not allowed. Avoid:

• Violent or dehumanizing speech, statements of inferiority, or calls for exclusion targeting individuals
• Mocking events or victims of hate crimes
• Using slurs or negative descriptions targeting specific groups
• Calling for segregation or exclusion based on identity
• Expressions of contempt, dismissal, or disgust towards individuals based on their identity.

To uphold intellectual property rights, Super11 requires users to share only original content and avoid plagiarizing others' work, including profiles and profile elements. Refrain from:

• Sharing another user's team or personalized data and presenting it as your own
• Reposting Super11 screenshots from other users and claiming them as yours

We prioritize the security and authenticity of the Super11 Platform. Any attempts to gather sensitive user information through deceptive methods are strictly prohibited. Avoid:

• Hacking or encouraging hacking of the Super11 Platform, or engaging in activities that comprise its security
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts or user data without explicit permission
• Sharing personal or confidential information of any individual, like PAN cards, bank details, AADHAR cards, etc.
• Encouraging users to download files or programs that compromise online security or install harmful software (malware)
• Distributing files containing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious content
• Deceptively obtaining sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, or personal details
• Publicly sharing login information on Super11 or third-party services
• Posting content that encourages hacking or threatens the security of the Super11 Platform
• Creating, sharing, or hosting malicious software or browser extensions to compromise accounts or disrupt the platform's functionality.

At Super11, we maintain a strict stance against predatory behavior towards minors and any sexual or suggestive content involving minors or those appearing to be minors. We promptly remove content depicting, promoting, or threatening sexual violence, assault, or exploitation. Avoid posting:

• Images or content that sexualizes minors or those appearing to be minors, including any suggestive or exploitative material
• Content involving sexual touching, necrophilia, bestiality, or non-consensual acts, or mocking victims of such acts
• Non-consensual intimate images or private sexual content of individuals
• Details related to adult commercial sexual services or prostitution activities

We have zero tolerance for nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or derogatory language.

If you encounter any content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the Report button within the app or reach out to us at helpdesk@Super11.com. Provide as much detail as possible, including links and descriptions. Our team personally reviews reported content and may issue warnings, remove posts, temporarily or permanently ban users, or involve relevant authorities or experts if necessary. Users receiving multiple complaints may face a temporary ban.

Moderation extends to group administrators (Group Admins) who have the authority to remove users violating guidelines within their groups. They can also limit messaging privileges to maintain a safe environment. Super11 reserves the right to report risky behavior, block user access, and take necessary actions at its discretion.

For unblocking requests, users can reach out to helpdesk@Super11.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with final decisions at Super11's discretion.
